WHO WE ARE

Robert (Rob) H. Good leads and manages The Good Group. With over 30 years of experience in the industry,  Rob is a licensed professional Civil Engineer and Real Estate Broker in Florida and Georgia. He has sourced and placed over $350 million in commercial real estate transactions, increased the revenue of a national land development practice by 100%, and started and managed successful offices in the Southeast and Sunbelt regions. Between collaborating with clients and partners, and creating value for stakeholders, his mission is to connect, create, and build with excellence, integrity, and innovation.
                                               
     Rob has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, an MBA with International Studies (China and Vietnam) from Georgia State University, a certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University, and designated as a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member). He resides with his wife, Shannon, in Jupiter, Florida, enjoying time with family and walking the beach while strategizing the next real estate deal. When spending more time in the new office in West Palm Beach, he remains committed to the business in Cherokee County, Georgia, helping the established local team in place in downtown Woodstock.

Ron Engberg is an accomplished site designer with decades of professional experience in the commercial site development field and over 30 years experience in the civil field. Ron is experienced in planning, design, and permitting of various types and sizes of projects, from banks and restaurants to apartment complexes, shopping centers, and hotels.

   At The Good Group, Ron manages all aspects of commercial and residential development site designs and plans; permitting; research of jurisdiction code and regulations at all related levels of government; and coordinates with construction team members on site to ensure our contracted projects keep moving forward as planned.

Real estate has been part of Art Rountree's life for as long as he can remember. His grandfather was a commercial builder, and Art followed that same path spending more than 20 years developing, building, and managing commercial and residential properties across metro Atlanta through his firm, Kairos Development Corp. Over that time, he developed more than $250 million in assets, with a portfolio spanning land acquisition, disposition, zoning, entitlements, construction, and operations.

  What makes Art's perspective unique is that he's lived the ownership experience firsthand. He's signed the guarantees, managed the contractors, sat before zoning boards, worked through vacancies, and made decisions with real money on the line. That background gives him a genuine understanding of what property owners face the pressures, the decisions, the things that keep you up at night. When he sits across from an owner today, he's not just listening. He gets it.

  A few years ago, Art made a purposeful decision to move from development into brokerage, a chance to take everything he'd learned as an owner and put it to work for others. In 2025, he and his family relocated to Jupiter, Florida, a market he believes in deeply, and he joined The Good Group to serve commercial property owners across Palm Beach County. He brings 20+ years of real ownership experience to every engagement, along with a commitment to honest counsel and a genuine desire to earn your trust over time.

  Art has twice received the Atlanta Urban Design Commission's Award of Excellence in Renovations, once for Excellence in Adaptive Use at Lizzie Chapel Flats in Inman Park, and once for Excellence in Historic Preservation in Buckhead. He has been named three times to the Atlanta Business Chronicle's "Who's Who in Residential Real Estate." He is a graduate of the University of West Georgia and holds a Licensed General Contractor designation in Georgia and Real Estate license in both Florida and Georgia.

  Art is married to his high school sweetheart and they have three grown sons. Faith and family are at the center of his life. He and his family are members of Sand Harbor Presbyterian Church in Jupiter, and he's grateful to be putting down roots in this community.

Elise Noelle Good is a seasoned social media manager, editor, and writer with a diverse background in digital communications and professional writing. She holds a Master of Arts in Professional Writing and a Graduate Certificate in Creative Writing from Kennesaw State University, where she also completed her Bachelor of Science in Integrative Studies. As the Social Media Manager for The Good Group, Elise has driven an increase in social traffic and improved post engagement by over 77%. Alongside her marketing expertise, she has worked on manuscripts and academic projects as a freelance editor and as a Graduate Research Assistant at Kennesaw State University. Her editorial background spans developmental editing, copyediting, and fact-checking, with experience in both U.S. and international editorial styles.

   In addition to her professional roles, Elise founded the Roswell Writing Group, where she led bimonthly workshops and provided in-depth editing support to fellow writers. Her own work has been published in literary journals such as Variant Literature Journal, Decomp Literary Journal, and Kennesaw Journal of Undergraduate Research. Combining her editorial skills with her expertise in social media, Elise is dedicated to helping brands and individuals tell their stories effectively and creatively.

David is a licensed real estate advisor and director at The Good Group’s West Palm Beach, Florida office. During his 20 years in commercial real estate, he worked in both landlord and tenant representation. While in the San Francisco Bay Area, David acted as “Single Point of Contact” to large multi-national firms completing lease acquisition and disposition assignments locally and in over 30 markets throughout the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.  His clients have included Blackstone, Foundry Networks, Blue Coat Systems, e2Open, AOL, Parsons Transportation Group, Navigator’s Insurance, Callan Associates, Mullen & Filippi, LLP, among many others. 

   Early in David’s career, he worked in capital markets with Morgan Stanley. He graduated from Tulane University with a BA in Economics, and he is fluent in the German language and culture.  David currently resides in the Southland Park neighborhood of West Palm Beach. He enjoys playing tennis and backgammon in his free time.

Shannon Good holds a Florida Real Estate license, which she obtained in 2004. Within the past twenty years, she has gained experience in both commercial and residential real estate within the states of Georgia and Florida. 

     Born and raised in South Florida, Shannon attended Palm Beach Atlantic University, where she studied biology. While she visits Georgia throughout the year to see her daughter, she now resides in Jupiter, Florida with her husband of 28 years, Rob Good. In her free time, she enjoys going to Pilates and has recently hit 750 classes. She also spends time reading and attending Bible studies.
