Good identified a need for this niche service because clients generally had to obtain these services from multiple consulting providers, but now through The Good Group, we offer a one-stop service solution –  saving you time and money.

 

Due to the unique experiences of The Good Group and its associates, we provide a multidisciplinary approach to solving problems. Because of this, we have a wide array of services, including, but not limited to, site selection and acquisition, due diligence, project management, owner representation, planning, entitlements, design, permitting, construction support, and property disposition.

Where does The Good Group have physical offices?

Florida and Georgia. However, we can provide services in other states for special projects mutually determined with client(s).

​How long does it take for a project to go from site selection to ribbon cutting?

The complexity, size, and jurisdiction of the project determine the time; however, based on The Good Group's typical experience with projects, the time from start to finish ranges from 1 to 5 years.

​What makes The Good Group truly unique from the other competitors?

Unlike our competitors, we offer FULL VISIBILITY to understand a project's viability from our commercial real estate advisory and brokerage services, civil engineering and development consulting services. This multidisciplinary point of view is what we call the ABCs of commercial real estate site selection and acquisition, ground-up and/or redevelopment, or disposition.

​Could you explain what GIS Spatial Analysis is?

GIS stands for Geographical Information Services. This service is an evaluation of the geography and the various information associated with that geography. This information includes things like property zoning, sales information, utilities, etc., and then evaluates properties within a certain geographic area for site selection and acquisition, ground-up and/or redevelopment, or disposition.

​How has technology changed the way you do business?

With the advent of satellite technology and photogrammetry as well as the internet, software, database tools, and artificial intelligence, we can perform an initial evaluation of properties from the comfort of our offices  –  which works to save time and money for us and our clients.
